Kia Sorento and K5 Achieve Top 10 for the 2021 World Car of the Year Awards

The Kia Sorento and the Kia K5 have both been named in the Top 10 for this year’s World Car of the Year Awards. Last year, the Telluride was named World Car of the Year and the Soul EC won World Urban Car.

The fourth-generation Sorento features an all-new head turning design, more off-road capability, and proven safety technology. The K5 enters the midsize sedan lineup with a bold new name, a revolutionary design, and a powerful turbocharged engine lineup.

The winners of the World Car Awards will be announced April 20 and are decided by an independent international jury of 93 acclaimed automotive journalists from 28 countries around the world.
