The 2022 Kia Sportage arrives with a fresh exterior, available all-wheel drive, a number of standard driver-assistance features, and the sleek Nightfall Edition Trim.

The Kia Sportage is a compact crossover that expresses an upscale appearance, charming driving dynamics, and a well-built interior. A 4-cylinder engine is standard equipment while a more powerful turbocharged engine is available.

New for 2022

For 2022, Kia makes a few small changes to the Sportage lineup. The previously optional Nightfall Edition has replaced the S trim and the base LX model adds the newly named Value Edition package. The Value Edition package includes features that used to be reserved for fancier trims such as 18-inch dark wheels, heated front seats, passive keyless entry, push-button start, and more.

Every Sportage EX now comes with a panoramic sunroof, and the EX Technology package and SX Turbo models both add 10 years of complimentary map updates as well as new software and features for their navigation systems.
